Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to firm on light to moderate demand and light 
offerings. Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to weak. Select rib, 
round, and loin cuts steady to firm while chuck lower. Beef trimmings slightly
to moderately higher on moderate demand and light to moderate offerings.
