Click on the adobe reader to go to the download web site. Fill out the form located towards the bottom of the web page. Download it to either a folder that you can locate or to your desktop. (For newer users, it is a good idea to have a download file so it is easy to find your downloads.) After the download is finnished, go to the desktop or where you downloaded the file and click on the small red box. The installation should start. When finished you can delete the small red box or leave it so you can install adobe reader again without waiting for the download. Adobe reader should never be installed over a previous version. Always uninstall the old version before reinstalling adobe reader.
